Intern with SCSCA

The SCSCA Student Internship is a year-long opportunity for high school students who are passionate about community service, cultural exchange, and leadership.
As an intern, you'll work alongside our board members to help plan events, support international exchanges, and contribute to meaningful projects that strengthen the relationship between San Carlos and Omura.
Whether you've participated in one of our exchange programs or are simply looking for a unique way to get involved, this internship offers valuable real-world experience while making a lasting impact.

Program Details
Available Positions:
Media Track: Marketing Intern
Event Plan Track: Event Coordinator Intern
Length: One-year Internship (September to September preferred)
Admission: Rolling Basis
Compensation: Unpaid, Volunteer/Experience-Based
Who Can Apply
We're looking for current high school students who are:
Curious about different cultures
Excited to make a difference in their community
Interested in leadership and teamwork
Interested in either Marketing or Event Coordination
Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn
Students who have participated in one of our exchange programs are especially encouraged to apply, but previous exchange experience is not required.
What You'll Do
Throughout the year, you'll work alongside our board to execute our programs.
Both interns will
Provide secretarial/administrative support to the organization
Marketing Intern
Support the Media team in posting social media, outreach, updating website, and improving branding
Event Coordination Intern
Support the Events team in coordinating logistics and planning activities for exchange program
